Property Care International SL was founded in 1990 to assist non-resident owners to maintain their property in Pals, Begur, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranch, Tamariu, Palamos, Calonge, Estartit and the surrounding area. While the company has grown over the years to include related subjects such as insurance, sales and renting, our core interest is still property management.
We offer a wide range of services that are tailored to each specific property and owner. While we do provide the usual pool and garden maintenance, cleaning and laundry services, we do try to provide a complete service to the non-resident owner:
- To help them to buy a property,
- To insure the property,
- To assist with refurbishment, re-decoration, and furnishing,
- To check on the property when it is not in use and through the winter months,
- To assist in the rental of the property either via agents or directly,
- To assist friends and family who visit the property,
- To arrange maintenance and repairs to the property,
- To arrange car hire or taxis when necessary,
- To help with tax returns and inheritance
- To assist with selling the property and overseeing the payment of related taxes.
- Pretty much any thing you could wish for!!!!!!
Many owners rent their property either through agencies or directly on the Internet so we also offer a rental service that includes meeting and greeting, linen and towel hire and general repairs.
We have only one compulsory charge and that is General Administration which starts at Euros 38,85 per quarter. The idea is that you add the services that you require when you require them. This way you only pay for the services that you need at the time rather than a general coverall charge. We will happily send you a full price list upon request.
